This year we have continued our advancements in clinical practice, education, and research. We have expanded our depth and expertise in all aspects of otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery. We continue to deliver the most advanced and comprehensive care to all our patients, and increased our presence at outside practice sites to make access to our services even easier.

Joshua Sturm, MD, PhD, Secures Two Prestigious 2025 National Research Grants to Advance Biomarker Discovery & Personalized Tinnitus Care

The American Tinnitus Association (ATA) and American Neurotology Society (ANS) have awarded Dr. Sturm to support two groundbreaking studies identifying central auditory biomarkers of tinnitus, advancing innovation in tinnitus research and care.

Montefiore Einstein One of Two North American Institutions to Use Intraoperative Cutting-Edge PET-CT Imaging in Head and Neck Cancer Surgery

This technology enables surgeons to examine resected head and neck cancer tissue specimens in real time in the operating room, aiming to provide a more comprehensive, three-dimensional view of tissue margins to improve surgical accuracy.
