In late summer 2025, the Montefiore Einstein Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation opened its first Manhattan practice at the state-of-the-art Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care – Manhattan West facility on the Lower West Side. This milestone marks a significant step in the department’s regional expansion and reinforces its commitment to providing access to world-renowned rehabilitation care.

Conveniently located in Manhattan West Plaza, just steps from Penn Station and Moynihan Train Hall, the new practice brings Montefiore Einstein’s expert physiatrists and leading-edge rehabilitation services to Hudson Yards in a modern outpatient specialty care setting.

With a growing faculty that includes new providers such as Corey Spector, DO, who specializes in rehabilitation and sports medicine, the practice offers a full spectrum of advanced diagnostic and nonsurgical services for musculoskeletal and sports-related conditions. These include joint, spine, and soft-tissue disorders.

The physiatric team develops personalized care plans that integrate advanced imaging, image-guided interventions, and evidence-based rehabilitation therapies. These comprehensive approaches are designed to restore function, relieve pain, and optimize performance.
